Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to plan, design, implement and manage integrated production and service-delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control.

The role also supports continuous improvement, leads projects to eliminate waste, performs process simulation and cost analysis, standardizes SAP and MES configurations, and mentors engineers across the IE team.

Qualifications

• Broad industrial engineering toolkit knowledge (work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities/workstation design, OR).
• Understanding of IE concepts and ability to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects to eliminate waste using IE processes.
• Develop and report IE metrics for assigned area or customer.
• Drive process mapping and standardization of SAP/MES configurations.
• Coach and mentor IE team members and support lean initiatives.
