Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related engineering field and solid IE fundamentals.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, simulation and process mapping.
• Understanding of Jabil's global strategies and site capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects to eliminate waste using IE methods.
• Verify time standards within the IE team.
• Update and report IE metrics for assigned area or customer.
• Drive process mapping activities across the area.
• Standardize SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations.
• Prepare quotes for proposed projects within the area.
• Drive process-related activities for New Product Introduction.
• Coach and train engineers in the IE team.
• Support and maintain lower-level IE duties.
• Ensure standardization of Jabil processes site-wide.
