Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IE/Manufacturing/Mechanical engineering.
• 2–5 years of working experience.
• Understanding of High Level Assembly (HLA) processes in manufacturing.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop process assembly steps from cradle to grave for the product assembly.
• Define, implement, and document processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment for manufacturing.
• Develop WI/VA/PCF/FORM/FMEA per ISO9002 requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and direction to process technicians and engineers.
• Interface with customers to understand technical requirements.
• Report technical project status to management and customers periodically.
• Adapt and apply advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Provide continuous improvement solutions to the assigned workcell.
