Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop detailed reports on operational expenses and initiate corrective actions when costs exceed expectations.
• Utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods to evaluate production costs, identify key cost drivers, and implement expense optimization strategies.
• Design, analyze, and enhance production processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and minimize material wastage to reduce overall costs.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Job description

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’sdegree or higher in Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience:

• Atleast 5 years of experience in the glove manufacturing industry .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering .
• Provenexperience in Lean, OEE, or similar process optimization projects .

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Strongunderstanding of industrial engineering principles , including systemsengineering and operations research .
• Proficiencyin statistical software and data visualization tools .
• Knowledgeof project management methodologies .
• Expertisein cost analysis and financial management .

Excellent English communication skills ,including speaking, reading, and writing.
