Job summary
EM Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking an Automation Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. You will install, configure, test, and maintain automation equipment, robotics, and electrical control systems within industrial environments, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting upgrades. Collaboration with engineers and teams is essential, with emphasis on accurate documentation and safety
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Experience with robotics and automation setup, calibration, and basic programming.
- Knowledge of wiring, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
- Experience with preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Technical certification or diploma in relevant field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and manuals.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts or extended hours as required.
