Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, diagrams and datasheets.
• Experience with industrial automation systems including motion and vision systems.
• Experience with WPF-based C# applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface between customers, field service teams, and the core software development team.
• Clarify and document software requirements, change requests, and technical issues for customers.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Work with real-time systems including platforms such as Aerotech or Siemens PLCs.
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation systems and verify electrical I/O.
• Support testing, validation of new software functions and documentation of findings.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to development teams to support issue resolution and product improvements.
• Collaborate in an international, interdisciplinary team and travel internationally on a project basis.
