Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a qualified engineer to develop software, control systems, and hardware for automation machines. You will perform integration testing, documentation, and support customers while evaluating modification requests.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Science with ≥2nd upper and strong skills in software programming and electrical design, including Visual C++, C#, and VB.NET.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer) with ≥2nd upper
• Strong in software programming and electrical design
• Proficient in Visual C++, C#, VB.NET
• Innovative, proactive, and willing to support customers
• Semiconductor or IR technology knowledge is a plus
• Design & develop sorting equipment or any equipment handler

Responsibilities

• Develop software, control systems, and hardware for automation machines
• Perform integration testing and documentation
• Support customers and evaluate modification requests
• Analyze and implement customer requirements
• Define software processes and qualify hardware
• Plan/manage tasks to meet quality and timeline targets
• Collaborate on hardware-software interface and system performance
• Maintain engineering documents, SOPs, and guidelines
• Handle additional assigned tasks with timely completion
