Job summary

KWANG TAI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT SDN BHD in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Representative to handle enquiries, provide product information and build strong customer relationships.

You will promote the full range of products, suggest solutions to meet customer needs, and maintain up-to-date knowledge. The role offers room to grow, on-the-job training, and a balanced work culture. Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcome to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking candidates will serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries and provide product information to customers.
• Recommend matching solutions to customers to increase sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Maintain knowledge of all product offerings of the company.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
