Job summary

KWANG TAI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT SDN BHD in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking a proactive administrative assistant to handle complaints procedures, log and resolve issues, and coordinate with contractors, maintenance and transport teams. The role involves daily clerical duties and supporting the supervisor with various tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least SPM/UEC or higher, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, and own transport.

Qualifications

• Must possess SPM/UEC or higher.
• Good in communication skills.
• Able to communicate with clients in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Own transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Follow complaints procedures and log/resolve complaints to improve services.
• Liaise with contractor, maintenance team and transportation team.
• Perform daily office general clerical duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job description

To follow the complaints procedures and to receive, log and attempt to resolve complaints received from customers with a view to the continuous improvement of our services

To liase with contractor, maintenance team and transportation team.

Perform daily office general clerical duties.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

Possess SPM, UEC, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.

Good in communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to communicate with clients in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Possess own transportation.

Working location: Kuching, Sarawak.
