KWANG TAI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT SDN BHD in Kuching, Sarawak is hiring an Admin Executive/Assistant. The role covers general administration, office maintenance, payroll support, and HR/Admin duties, with on-the-job training and career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher, good communication skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision. English and Bahasa Melayu proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• To carry out general administration and office maintenance related tasks.

• Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
• Assist in all scopes related to HR and Admin field.
• To follow the complaints procedures and to receive, log and attempt to resolve complaints received from customers with a view to the continuous improvement of our services
• To liaise with contractor, maintenance team and transportation team.
• Perform daily office general clerical duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

ADMIN EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• To liase with contractor, maintenance team and transportation team.
• Perform daily office general clerical duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Possess own transportation.
