Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers CBJ1 Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Associate Specialist in Procurement – Indirect to support IT, professional services, marketing, and facilities spend.

You will execute transactional sourcing, manage requisitions and POs, and drive supplier onboarding while ensuring policy compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in procurement/P2P/AP/operations; internship considered.
• Certifications (preferred): CIPS Level 2-3, or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions to Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring cost centers, GL codes, budget, and buying channels are correct.
• Run 3-quote RFx events for low-to-medium spend purchases per policy; prepare RFQ packs with terms and criteria.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, banking details, tax docs, code of conduct, and ESG/DEI questionnaires; maintain vendor data.
• Ensure purchases comply with policy, DoA, and spend thresholds; route contracts to Legal and track expiries.
• Provide end-user support on P2P, catalogues, GRNs and invoicing; resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Maintain spend dashboards, cycle times, and savings reports; identify cataloguing opportunities.
