Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Malaysia (Sepang) is seeking a Senior Associate Specialist, Procurement – Indirect to support IT, professional services, marketing and facilities spends. You will execute transactional sourcing, convert requisitions to POs, onboard suppliers, and ensure compliance with DoA and spend policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in procurement/P2P/AP/operations; internship experience considered.
• Certifications (preferred): CIPS Level 2–3 or equivalent foundational procurement coursework.

Responsibilities

• Requisition-to-PO processing (R2P); validate cost centers, GL codes, budgets and buying channels.
• Tactical Sourcing & RFx support; run 3-quote events for low-to-medium spends.
• Supplier onboarding; maintain vendor master data and catalog content.
• Spend analytics and performance reporting; monitor cycle times and savings.
• Contract & policy compliance; route contracts to Legal and track expiries.
• Stakeholder support; resolve procurement tickets and workflow exceptions.
• Continuous improvement; propose forms, templates, auto-approvals and catalog expansions.
