Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Randstad Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Execution Support professional to join our team in Malaysia. You will provide sourcing, contracting, reporting, analytics, supplier governance, and operational support to regional procurement teams across Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan.

The role focuses on execution, coordination and delivery, with emphasis on RFX processes, spend analysis, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or any relevant fields.
• At least 3 years indirect procurement experience.
• Strong procurement fundamentals and understanding of RFX processes.
• Good in supplier engagement and negotiation and contract negotiation/execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin language is required to engage and manage stakeholder in Taiwan market.

Job description

Provide sourcing, contracting, reporting, analytics, supplier governance, and operational support to the Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Taiwan Procurement team across Marketing & Sales categories—including marketing and event agencies, patient support programs, market insights, print, and promotional items—and Corporate Country categories such as consulting, legal, general insurance, and learning and development. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and project delivery across Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Taiwan to manage workload, maintain business continuity, and support procurement objectives. Portfolio strategy, category ownership, supplier relationship management and key stakeholder engagement remain with the respective Procurement Managers and Buyers, while this role focuses on execution, coordination and delivery support.

Key responsibilities:

Procurement Execution Support

Support sourcing and bidding activities across Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan.

Coordinate RFX activities, supplier communications and commercial evaluations.

Support contract initiation, execution, renewal and administration.

Maintain sourcing documentation and procurement records.

Pipeline, Savings & Analytics

Support savings identification, validation, tracking and reporting.

Perform spend, supplier and category analysis.

Support cluster reporting and dashboard preparation.

Governance & Compliance

Maintain Preferred Supplier governance activities.

Support sourcing evidence and contract compliance reviews.

Monitor supplier qualification, onboarding and governance requirements.

Track procurement actions, risks and escalations.

Project & Operational Excellence Support

Support Procurement transformation projects.

Support AI, digital and process improvement initiatives.

Support business demand management initiatives.

Assist with knowledge management and documentation activities.

Support procurement project management activities, including action tracking, milestone management, meeting coordination and documentation.

Requirements:
