Job summary

Sumirubber Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable operator to execute mixing activities according to the Production Plan from the IMS Operation Department in our Kedah facility. The role ensures daily chemical stock levels meet the plan and allocates sealant lot numbers for IMS bottles using our daily reporting software.

The position supports production runs with adequate manpower, ensures equipment maintenance, and contributes to defect analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute mixing activities based on Production Plan issued by IMS Operation Department.
• Ensure daily chemical stock level is sufficient to meet the Production plan.
• Plan sealant lot numbers and quantities for IMS assembled bottles using the Operations IMS Daily Report software.
• Ensure Production run according to daily plan with sufficient manpower.
• Maintain IMS automation line, mixing facilities and other equipment, and support preventive maintenance program.
• Analyse and improve customer and warehouse defects.
