Job summary

Aicello Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah invites applications for a 1-year contract position on-site. The role involves preparing and mixing raw materials according to the production schedule, checking material ratios on the auto blender, and monitoring stock levels.

You will follow SOPs, safety, quality, FIFO and ISO requirements, assist with monthly stocktaking, and report issues to the Supervisor. Based on performance, the contract may be extended to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix raw materials according to the production schedule.
• Check and set the correct material ratios on the auto blender.
• Monitor material levels in the main tank and sub-tank.
• Transfer the correct materials to the designated tanks.
• Properly store and label leftover materials.
• Clean the auto blender, hopper, filter, piping, and mixing area.
• Check and record daily material stock levels.
• Segregate expired, contaminated, or rejected materials.
• Report material, quality, equipment, or safety issues to the Supervisor.
• Follow all SOPs, safety, quality, FIFO, and ISO requirements.
• Assist with monthly stocktaking activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
