Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a production operator to operate reactors, mixers, pumps and other production equipment in accordance with SOPs. You will monitor temperature, pressure, flow and chemical levels while loading raw materials and transferring finished products safely.

You will conduct routine inspections, quality checks and data logging, report deviations, follow PPE and 5S practices, assist during shutdowns and startups, and contribute to waste reduction and productivity

Responsibilities

• Operate reactors, mixers, pumps, and other production equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and chemical levels.
• Load raw materials and transfer finished products safely.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Record production data accurately in logs and reports.
• Conduct quality checks and report any process deviations.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area (5S).
• Assist during equipment cleaning, shutdown, and startup activities.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
