Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics or related field with 2–3 years hands-on shipping experience or 3–5 years in shipping/import.
• Priority for semiconductor/high-tech electronics logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound import shipments and monitor end-to-end operations.
• Oversee customs clearance documentation, permits, and compliance.
• Manage import billing, verify invoices, and reconcile charges.
• Track SLAs and KPIs with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Maintain import records and support cross-functional teams.
