You will support product and non-product deployments based on Service Function Planning and Engineering designs, tailored to operator and customer needs.

  • Lead planning and scheduling, including materials readiness, resource allocation, and daily or weekly execution control.
  • Inspect sites, verify build quality, and enforce EHS compliance.
  • Track patching, cable pulling, and fiber splicing; ensure accurate as-built documentation and BOM verification.
  • Assess risks, escalation contractor delays, and drive recovery actions with clear owners and due dates.
  • Maintain implementation trackers and accurate contractor updates; report status through slides, dashboards, USP Fiber Progress, and formal forums such as MCMC SWG meetings.
  • Manage inventory databases and as-built documentation, and oversee deployment acceptance.
  • Coordinate deployment testing as needed, including performance and user acceptance testing support.
  • Submit change requests, support change analysis, and protect release package integrity during deployment.
  • Oversee new or enhanced interconnection route deployments and support configuration and change management.
The skills you bring
  • Understanding of telecom infrastructure and network rollout, including mobile deployment and fiber implementation.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating site rollout with contractors and vendors and delivering against KPIs.

  • Knowledge of project coordination, delivery governance, and EHS compliance.
  • Ability to resolve site deployment challenges and keep progress visible and controlled.
  • Proficiency in network configuration and change management, as-built documentation, and deployment acceptance.
Preferred
  • Experience with Ericsson Operations Engine modes of operation.

  • Exposure to end-user application testing and UAT.
  • Familiarity with MS TOP, inventory management, and integration across CORE, GRAN, WRAN, LRAN, or IMS domains.
