Job summary

Geekplus in Malaysia is seeking an Implementation Engineer to supervise on-site activities across the SEA region, collaborating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers. You will prepare daily logs, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct root cause analysis with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in equipment installation, maintenance and site supervision.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good IT skills including networking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

What you have to do

• Serve as the site supervisor, overseeing and conducting relevant site activities during project implementation in the SEA region
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to manage overall site performance
• Prepare daily on-site logs and records for customer and internal team reviews
• During the service phase, conduct preventive maintenance and perform root cause analysis of production issues using diagnostic tools
• Prepare a training manual and provide training and support to customers and other external parties
• Also considering candidate from Singapore

What you need to have

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines
• Solid experience in equipment/hardware installation, maintenance, and site supervision
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, or other related logistics systems is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of network infrastructure, is a plus
• Frequent travel may be required
