Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership, specialty care, or healthcare commercial management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of Immunology and specialty care markets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of portfolio strategies to achieve sales, market share, and customer engagement objectives.
