Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven pharmaceutical sales leadership, specialty care, or healthcare commercial management.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in a competitive healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of Immunology, specialty care markets, healthcare ecosystems, and customer engagement strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive execution and career development.
Drive execution of business unit and portfolio strategies to achieve sales, market share, and customer engagement goals.
Manage day-to-day sales operations, field activities, resource allocation, and performance tracking within budgets.
Ensure achievement of Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs through coaching, reviews, and action planning.
Partner with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to align customer engagement strategies and portfolio performance.
Monitor territory performance, customer needs, and market trends to inform territory plans and business decisions.
Maintain deep understanding of the Immunology portfolio and healthcare environment to support decision-making and coaching.
