Accountable for test readiness, prioritisation, risk escalation, completion status, and test recommendation for migration approval.

Experience

Typically 8–10+ years in software, infrastructure, migration, or operational testing, including 3–5 years leading test teams or major test workstreams.

Experience and Skills

Proven leadership of testing across large application or data-centre migration programmes. Strong knowledge of test governance, planning, estimation, risk management, defect management, and acceptance controls. Experience managing parallel test cycles and multidisciplinary teams. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, escalation, reporting, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with regulated banking environments and BNM RMiT, PDPA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 expectations. Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, OAT, performance, resilience, DR, regression, cutover, and hypercare. Experience with test-management, defect- tracking, reporting, and automation tools.

Preferred Certifications

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent. ISTQB Foundation Level. ITIL Foundation. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification. Relevant cloud, security, performance-testing, or automation certification.
