Job summary

The Radiology department at Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced leader to plan, operate and manage day-to-day imaging services, ensuring safety, quality and efficient workflow across the hospital.

The role entails staffing, budgeting, accreditation readiness (JCI, MSQH), training, performance reviews, and collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff to uphold high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation standards (JCI, MSQH).
• Budget planning, cost control and departmental performance management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, operate and manage day-to-day radiology department operations.
• Oversee workflow, staff rosters and case scheduling.
• Ensure safety and radiological protection for patients and staff.
• Maintain relationships with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure timely reports.
• Recruit, train and evaluate department staff; develop competency matrices.
• Prepare annual budget and achieve department revenue targets.
• Develop marketing plans and optimize modality utilization.
• Support accreditation programs such as JCI and MSQH.
