Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an IL6S Engineer for our Cadbury Shah Alam plant in Malaysia. The role focuses on supporting the Integrated Lean and Six Sigma program, driving continuous improvement, data collection and analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to boost efficiency and quality.

You will engage in DMAIC, value stream mapping, and 5S initiatives, contribute to SOP development, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. 0-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business administration or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Internship or project experience in continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support IL6S projects under guidance of IL6S Lead or project leader and help define scope and timelines.
• Collect and analyze data using statistical tools; identify trends and root causes.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes; develop SOPs.
• Monitor improvements and adjust as needed; maintain documentation and reporting.
