Job summary

The International Modern Arabic School – Hulu Langat, Selangor is seeking a dedicated Computer Science Upper Secondary IGCSE Teacher for an immediate start in Kajang. The role involves delivering Cambridge IGCSE coursework, developing computational thinking, programming skills, and understanding digital systems.

You will plan engaging lessons, assess progress, supervise labs, and collaborate with staff to refine the curriculum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Teaching qualification or certification (PGCE, TEFL or equivalent).
Proven experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level, preferably with IGCSE.
Strong knowledge of Cambridge IGCSE CS curriculum and exams.
Proficiency in programming languages and networks.
Excellent classroom management and engaging teaching.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons following the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
Plan, prepare and deliver structured lessons for diverse learners.

Manage programming labs and ICT facilities safely.
