Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Education and at least 1 year of ICT teaching experience, with a focus on engaging, project-based learning and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education (ICT) or a related field.
• Preference given to candidates with recognized teaching qualifications (PGCE, TCM Diploma, or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of secondary school ICT or Computer Science teaching experience, with IGCSE teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging ICT courses based on the Cambridge IGCSE ICT syllabus.
• Teach core ICT concepts and practical skills, including Python, data processing, software applications, and digital literacy.
• Use differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs and foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
• Effectively integrate educational technology into teaching to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain clear communication with students and parents to support progress.
• Design and implement formative and summative assessments and provide guidance for IGCSE exams.
• Participate in curriculum planning, meetings, and professional development.
