Job summary

Usobi is building a Risk & Fraud function for its B2C iGaming platform. The Risk & Fraud Manager will design and implement the end-to-end risk framework, covering player and account risk, deposits, promotions, and major incidents, while coordinating with Technology and other teams.

The role focuses on 0-to-1 risk architecture, incident management, and ensuring a fair player experience across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Risk/Fraud in iGaming or online gaming.
• 1–2+ years in management role.
• Strong risk assessment, data analysis and cross-functional skills.
• Ability to establish risk rules, SOPs and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build Risk & Fraud framework, policies and SOPs from 0 to 1.
• Establish risk controls across registration, login, deposits, betting, promotions.
• Identify multi-accounting, linked accounts, suspicious logins.
• Monitor abnormal betting activities, arbitrage and unusual win rates.
• Identify Bonus Abuse and promotion fraud.
• Collaborate with Technology to develop Risk Engines and alert systems.
• Lead major risk incidents investigations and reporting.
• Balance risk controls with a positive player experience.
