Job summary

EZSVS is seeking a seniorOperations leader to own end-to-end management of overseas data center core infrastructure, including power, cooling, and safety systems. You will lead onsite major incident command, drive RCA closures, and enforce preventive maintenance with robust SOPs/MOPs/EOPs while managing a skilled on-site team.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher, with majors in Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Bilingual Communication: Collaborating with local team with Chinese and English.
• Industry Experience & Leadership: 5+ years in operational management of large-scale data centers or critical facilities, team lead preferred.
• Core Systems Expertise & Redundancy Design: Deep knowledge of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, chillers, BMS/DCIM, redundancy architectures.
• Emergency Response & SOP/MOP Authoring: Experience in incident handling, RCA, and drafting SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Risk Control Awareness: Strong contractor control, safety protocols, and permit systems.

Job description

• Full-Lifecycle Operations & Capacity/Cost Optimization: Take full ownership of the end-to-end operational management of overseas data center core infrastructure—including power supply and distribution, UPS, diesel generators, HVAC cooling, fire protection, plumbing, and BMS/DCIM systems. Conduct rigorous capacity evaluations and systemic optimizations to eliminate single points of failure (SPOFs), resolve operational bottlenecks, maximize availability, and optimize energy consumption costs.
• Major Incident Command & Root Cause Closed-Loop Action: Lead onsite escalation, command, and control for major infrastructure incidents and emergencies, ensuring rapid response, quick fault isolation, and fast service restoration. Drive thorough post-incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and debriefs, tracking all corrective and preventive action plans through to closed-loop remediation.
• Operations Standardization & High-Risk Operation Controls: Formulate, promote, and oversee preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and annual overhaul plans to guarantee vendor and operator SLA compliance. Enforce stringent reviews of high-risk maintenance windows, Method of Procedures (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), ensuring every operation includes complete risk assessments, approvals, roll-back plans, and contingency protocols.
• Team Management & Onsite Safety/Compliance Supervision: Manage the daily operations, scheduling, technical training, and onboarding of the onsite infrastructure team while organizing regular emergency drills. Direct security checks, facility patrols, and contractor management with strict work-permit controls to ensure 100% compliance with personnel and equipment safety standards.
• Data Analytics Reporting & Customer Audit Engagement: Periodically compile and deliver multidimensional operational analytics reports covering availability, alarm trends, incidents, capacity, maintenance schedules, risks, energy efficiency, and cost metrics. Actively collaborate with clients during audits, service quality reviews, risk evaluations, capacity assessments, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) verifications.

Requirements

• Education & Academic Background: Associate degree or above, with a strong preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Bilingual Communication： Cooperating with local team with Chinese and English.
• Industry Experience & Leadership: 5+ years of operational management experience in large-scale data centers, IDCs, or critical electromechanical infrastructure facilities. Prior experience as a team lead, technical manager, or in overseas project operations is highly preferred.
• Core Systems Expertise & Redundancy Design: Deep technical expertise in one or more core subsystems—high/low voltage distribution, UPS & battery systems, diesel generators, chillers, precision air conditioners, cooling towers, fire protection, or BMS/DCIM—combined with a solid understanding of data center redundancy architectures, capacity management, and high-availability methodologies.
• Emergency Response & SOP/MOP Authoring: Proven hands-on track record in major incident emergency handling, rapid fault isolation, and service recovery. Capable of independently drafting and reviewing standard operational documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, drill schemes, and incident RCA reports.
• Risk Control Awareness: Exceptional risk management mindset with strong expertise in contractor control, safety protocols, and Work Authorization/Permit systems. .
