UNDP in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an ICT Associate to support ICT operations and service delivery across the GSSC environment. The role is open to internal and external applicants and reports at Grade NPSA-6.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day ICT services, coordinate incident resolution, and provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and enterprise systems, ensuring business continuity and continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT operations and service delivery.
• Ability to coordinate resolution of complex technical incidents.
• Experience with hardware, software, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to act as second-level escalation for critical ICT issues.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day ICT operations and support services.
• Coordinate resolution of complex incidents, service requests and escalations.
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network and enterprise systems.
• Act as second-level escalation point for critical ICT incidents and service disruptions.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience activities.
• Drive continual service improvement to enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders and maintain client-oriented service culture.
