Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field considered but not mandatory.
• Experience with MS 365 and Power Platform advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT operations and support services.
• Coordinate resolution of complex technical incidents and service requests.
• Support network infrastructure, security patches and backup processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Mentor junior ICT staff and promote knowledge sharing.
