Job summary

Nufarm, based in Malaysia, seeks an experienced IAM Analyst to join the Global Enterprise IT team. You will manage identity and access across enterprise systems, execute joiner-mover-leaver processes, and ensure secure, compliant access while coordinating with stakeholders worldwide.

You will work with AD/Microsoft Entra ID, provisioning, governance, and incident resolution, contributing to security and operational efficiency in a global environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, identity management, or access administration.
• Understanding of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (J-M-L) lifecycle and associated IAM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of access management principles, user provisioning, and role-based access concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational IAM support across enterprise systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Execute J-M-L lifecycle processes to ensure proper access.
• Provision, modify, and remove access per security policies.
• Investigate and resolve IAM incidents and requests.
• Manage IAM ticket queues via ITSM tools.
• Escalate complex issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support access reviews, certifications, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill access requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes and automation.
• Maintain documentation and audit records.
