Encora Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an IAM Operations & Access Review Support Analyst to execute day-to-day IAM activities and support governance across the organization.

You will manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, and privileged access reviews to ensure timely certifications and ongoing compliance. The role emphasizes attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in IAM operations or security services.
• Experience with IGA and PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of JML, AD, LDAP, and access certification.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day IAM operational activities across the organization.
• Support access reviews, identity lifecycle management and PAM processes.
• Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user access.
• Perform access governance and certification activities.
• Monitor provisioning SLA performance and maintain audit trails.
• Provide operational evidence for audits and remediation actions.
