Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Invoice to Cash (I2C) Team Lead for APAC, based in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead the Regional Shared Service Centre, drive high-performing, standardised service delivery, and manage policy compliance and financial controls.

Responsibilities include guiding a team of up to 10, optimizing workload across time zones, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to secure exceptional customer service and timely collections.

• Must have experience in a Invoice to cash environment.
• Strong understanding of finance systems.
• Proven ability to manage a small team and drive service delivery.

• Lead a regional SSC I2C function and drive standardised service delivery.
• Manage a team of up to 10, set goals and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and risk controls.
• Maintain compliance and integrity of financial records across entities.
