Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC (DBS APAC) in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to support I2C and cash flow across the Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years in AR or related finance roles, Mandarin and English fluency, and solid Excel skills; SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, I2C or related finance functions.
• Experience with I2C processes, AR and credit management practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely customer payment allocation by matching payments against invoices and recording claims with the correct root cause.
• Follow up on overdue invoices to support cash collection.
• Record and resolve customer claims and coordinate with teams to secure payment.
• Perform credit assessments and manage credit limits; support manual order releases as per policy.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure accrual accuracy.
