TGS International Group in Malaysia’s Johor Bahru region is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data centre delivery on a full-time, site-based basis. You will own on-site activities, coordinate multiple contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities include site leadership, RAMS compliance, quality inspections, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading site-based engineering or cabling teams within data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling installation standards and best practices.
• Experience in hyperscale or large-scale IT/data centre projects (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site delivery and leadership of supervisors and engineering teams to meet specifications, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate all on-site activities across multiple contractors and disciplines.
• Provide clear direction to site teams and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance with RAMS and client site requirements.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of cabling and installation works; address defects promptly.
• Produce daily/weekly progress reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain site drawings and as-built documentation; manage patching schedules and O&M manuals.
• Support cost-saving opportunities and variations management to maximise project profitability.
