Job summary

ONNEC Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Site Manager to drive delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects. The role requires hands-on coordination of site activities, contractors, and overall project execution, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance.

You will lead on-site engineers and supervisors, manage stock and materials, read site drawings, document progress, and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site engineering teams in data centres.
• Hands-on coordination of site activities, contractors and project execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery per standards.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of supervisors and engineers to meet specs and quality.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met and risk assessments performed.
• Manage stock and materials for efficient installation.
• Order materials as required.
• Prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.
• Document client meetings and actions.
• Produce documentation to meet company and client standards.
• Draw up patching schedules and maintenance manuals.
