Rolls-Royce mtu Power Systems in Malaysia is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site execution of generator packages for hyperscale data centres, from arrival to commissioning and handover. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and close coordination with main contractors and subcontractors.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years' experience in power generation, data centres or critical facilities.
• Experience leading installation, testing and commissioning of generator systems.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, fuel systems and BMS/EPMS.
• Willingness to base on-site and travel within Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Site planning and mobilisation on site.
• Prepare and obtain approvals for site method statements, lift plans and permits.
• Conduct readiness surveys and verify access, routes and laydown areas.
• Decompose master programme into short look-aheads and plan daily work.
• Lead installation, commissioning activities and handover with client.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors and commissioning authority.
• Drive safety through toolbox talks, safety walks and incident reporting.
• Maintain site records and close punch lists for handover.
