Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Construction Manager/MEP for its PMC team to own a complex hyperscale data centre project from construction through commissioning and handover. The role focuses on quality, safety, and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment in Johor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities include managing main contractors and stakeholders, coordinating MEP packages, and ensuring on-time project completion with strict adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience on data centre projects.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP packages.

Responsibilities

• Own construction, commissioning and client handover for hyperscale data centre projects.
• Lead coordination with main contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and site operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout delivery.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural and MEP activities.
• Provide strong leadership and effective stakeholder management.
