Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction and site supervision.
• Experience in data center, industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and distribution systems.
• Able to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities and ensure works follow approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate and monitor electrical subcontractors, workers, and site activities.
• Ensure works meet project schedule and quality standards.
• Review drawings and technical documents to support site execution.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve site issues.
• Monitor installation of switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, and cabling.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety compliance.
• Identify and report installation issues, defects, and safety concerns.
• Support testing, commissioning, and energization activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, permit-to-work, and safe working practices.
• Coordinate material delivery and site readiness with teams.
• Maintain daily records and progress updates.
• Participate in site meetings and inspections.
• Support punch-list closure and handover of electrical systems.
