Job summary

Marsh seeks an experienced Senior Analyst to join the IT Product Support team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage technical support for financial services applications across APAC, partner with business users, and drive improvements while ensuring reliable system operations.

The role requires 3 days in the office, a strong mix of technical and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality support and innovative automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Level 2/Level 3 application technical support with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technology for applications, infrastructure, IT operations and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in writing/analyzing SQL queries.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell or PowerShell is advantageous.
• Understanding of application architecture across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience in application setup, configuration, deployment and support.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the technical application support team.
• Ensure stable operations of applications managed by the team.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve technical issues.
• Support or lead projects as SMEs where required.
• Monitor and optimize service availability with IT teams and suppliers.
• Develop automation and AI/Automation initiatives within the role.
