Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in employee benefits administration, wellbeing coordination, insurance support, or HR operations preferred.
• Experience in data entry, coordination, and stakeholder follow-up is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support wellbeing provider coordination to implement wellness activities.
• Maintain benefits management registry data accurately and timely.
• Liaise with insurance brokers to support BM+ task entries.
• Collaborate with GBM COE team for BM+ input and coordination.
• Provide administrative support for benefits and wellbeing activities.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, coordination, and process improvements.
• Handle other duties within scope of role as assigned.
