Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated proficiency in systems engineering and troubleshooting.
• Must have knowledge of networking protocols including DNS and TCP/IP.
• Experience in storage engineering and managing complex database systems required.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and solve complex issues related to MongoDB.
• Work with customers on architecture, performance, and recovery needs.
• Contribute to internal projects for performance and diagnostics tools.
