Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of related industry experience, ideally 5-7 years in a customer facing role.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
• Demonstrated ability to review complex architectures with customers and provide guidance on improvements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for executive audiences
• Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team to execute end-to-end deal cycles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have fluency in Mandarin (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB.
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies and articulate business value.
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success including discovery, demos, and value presentations.
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and success.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and share field feedback with product teams.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with MongoDB products and industry trends.
