Job summary

MongoDB is hiring an Account Development Representative in Kuala Lumpur to partner with Account Executives and build a strong pipeline. You will learn and apply MEDDIC, map accounts, and drive multi-threaded outreach across phone, email, and social channels.

You will develop fluency in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and database technologies while helping shape early deal strategy and maintain momentum through the scoping phase. Hybrid work applies.

• Execute outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified pipeline.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand business priorities and environments.
• Apply MEDDIC to qualify opportunities before advancing them.
• Stay engaged through early stages to ensure strong handoffs and deal momentum.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and sales tools.
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity targets.
