Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a PTP Accountant in Malaysia to manage accounts payable processes, handle related tax data, and oversee expense reimbursements. The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication across multilingual stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for development and exposure to global finance processes within Swarovski’s renowned brand. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; Thai language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and solid understanding of accounts payable principles.
• Excellent communicator who can adapt to different audiences.
• Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to support Greater China stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Thai would be an added advantage.
• Getting things done with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to explain procedures and proposals to partners.
• Excellent cooperation skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and ensure payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
• Process and report relevant tax data, financial accruals and reversals.
• Process expense reimbursement in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify AP pay file with purchase order or vendor master agreement.
• Respond to AP inquiries.
