Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience within life insurance and/or project management roles.
• Strong ownership and accountability for delivering results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end product implementation planning and execution.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure timely delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize user stories in sprint planning.
• Lead PIT meetings and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain transparency with stakeholders and coordinate product setups and testing.
