Henkel in Malaysia is seeking an Operational Supply Planner to translate and execute short-term production plans, manage finished goods stock, and ensure timely fulfillment across the regional network. You will monitor daily performance, adjust schedules, and drive stock accuracy while supporting S&OE processes.

You will collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers, Purchasing, and NPI teams to align supply plans, optimize inventories, and enable new product launches on time.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
• 4-6 years’ experience in the Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management, Operational Supply planning/ Production Planning/ Scheduling.
• S&OP / IBP knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Proficient with SAP/APO/Kinaxis/OMP/o9 or similar planning tools.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics capability.

About this Position

Develops short-term (0-6 months) Supply Planning plan, including detailed scheduling for Finished Goods, Master Production Schedule and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)/Deployment for relevant assets in the regional network. Contributes to the Supply Reviews and to the S&OE process. Is accountable for stock levels across network, incl. replenishment.

What You’ll Do

• Reporting to the Supply Planning Head (Asia), Operational Supply Planner will support Henkel Supply Planning Agenda and drives initiatives in the region.
• Translates the mid-term production plan into the short-term plan (planned orders to firm orders)
• Develops and reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing Operational Supply Planner is accountable for managing stock transfers until received by market
• Monitors daily actuals against weekly production plan and tracking product availability, production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action for non-adherence
• Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority
• Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
• Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints); Provides input and participates in the S&OE, communicating material availability issues and capacity constraints
• Collaborations with the Plant Production Schedulers to align scheduling activities, with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material supports the production schedule, and with NPI (New product Innovation) team to ensure new product launches on time
• Manage supply review communication to affiliate market planners; Identifies and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance

• Strong communication skills, collaboration & hands on experience
