Job summary

MNR Technology Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced NPI Engineering Manager for a full-time hybrid role.

You will oversee end-to-end project management for new product introduction initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. The role requires leading a team of managers and engineers, coordinating with the USA engineering group, driving design reviews, prototyping, and ultimately ramping to mass production while managing DFMEA/PFMEA and

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in senior engineering role covering hardware and/or software.
Experience with agile/Scrum frameworks.
Experience with Chinese contract manufacturers/suppliers.
Willing to travel to deliver mass production.
Proven experience taking products from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers and engineers to deliver products on time and on budget.
Collaborate with USA engineering teams to translate requirements.
Manage NPI projects from concept through mass production.
Drive cross-functional meetings and maintain high-level plans.
Ensure milestones, risk mitigation, and DFMEA/PFMEA activities.
Prepare design reviews and technical reports.
Oversee prototyping, testing, and certifications.
