Job summary

onsemi in Malaysia is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to lead multiple NPI initiatives from concept through volume production, ensuring on‑time delivery, cost‑effective execution, and quality compliance across all stages of the product life cycle. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
Experience in NPI, manufacturing, or semiconductor/electronics environment preferred.
Strong project management, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with NPD lifecycle, technology transfer, and manufacturing ramp‑up.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage NPI project execution across multiple programs to ensure on‑time delivery.
Serve as the central interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders.
Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination to drive alignment and timely issue resolution.
Provide EBR planning, project visibility, and management reporting to support phase‑gate readiness and continuous improvement.
