Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SOC Fullchip and Emulation Engineer to validate next-generation Client SoCs. You will create emulation models from RTL and define strategies to ensure product specifications are met before silicon tape-out.

You will work with design teams to develop test environments, automate flows, and drive ML/AI-based validation initiatives to improve quality and efficiency in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• BS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in hardware emulation and SOC validation.
• Experience with RTL design and emulation workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create emulation models from RTL designs.
• Document RTL changes for emulation.
• Develop HW/SW collaterals and integrate with emulation models.
• Test and debug emulation models and collateral.
• Develop new capabilities and tools to accelerate RTL and improve usability.
• Improve usability by RTL validation and debugging.
• Collaborate with IU/SoC validation teams to optimize validation environments and flows.
• Develop automation scripts to speed emulation workflows.
